Germano Glufke Reis is conducting research in October 2023 and March 2024 as a visiting researcher in the Bioeconomy Economics Junior Research Group (Dr. Terese Venus) on the topic of "Disruptive innovation and 'hybrid' products: an economic perspective of the disruptive potential of different forms of cultivated (cell based) meats".
At the end of his first stay, two events were organised in which his research was presented:
- Research Colloquium: TransFARMing the meat value chain with animal-free substitutes
- Roundtable: Cultivated Meat: Opportunities and Challenges
We are delighted that Germano Glufke Reis is returning to the University of Passau for the second part of his fellowship and look forward to continuing our collaboration!
