A discussion group of 11 professors of Public Law from all over Germany and Taiwan came together to discuss current challenges and possible responses in different crisis scenarios and to compare legal solutions not only between Taiwan and Germany, but also between different areas of Public Law.
The symposium once again provided an opportunity both to conduct a comparative analysis between Germany and Taiwan, and to achieve an interdisciplinary exchange by exploring the transferability of solutions from one area of law to another. The next meeting of the discussion group is expected to be held in Taiwan in 2025.
