Established in 2023, the annual meeting brings together researchers from Brno, Graz, Leipzig, Passau and Vienna to foster scientific exchange and collaboration.
The programme featured nine research talks spanning a broad range of topics in discrete mathematics, presented by five PhD students and four postdoctoral researchers. An open problem session and informal discussions provided further opportunities to exchange ideas, explore new research directions and establish collaborations. Participants also discussed the opportunities and limitations of generative AI in mathematics.
The organisers thank PICAIS for its financial support and look forward to the next meeting in Vienna in 2027.
